Signing Up

• Read very carefully the page on Making Class Selections.
   

• Participation in CK Ski School is limited to the number of busses the district provides. Sign-Ups are first-come-first served, so send your registration form in as soon as possible.   Previous participants in CK Ski School use the application form sent to you in the mail.  Newcomers can acquire an application form at your school office.  Or you can print a form from this page by clicking here:  Click here for:

  * Again, the Stevens Pass form is for the actual lesson part of the program and purchasing a deeply discounted season pass; both of these are through Stevens Pass. The Central Kitsap Ski School Registration Form is our district registration form that covers the cost of transportation. You must complete both forms and submit to CK Ski School
  
   

• Read the important dates listed; pay heed to the mandatory meeting for all participants.
  

• Understand that CK Ski School is a district program and all participants will adhere to the CK School District’s Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities.  In short, this means you know there are serious consequences for drinking alcohol, taking illegal drugs, smoking, stealing, vandalizing, or disruptive and dangerous behavior on the mountain or in the bus.  It is extremely rare we see these behaviors but we want you to know in emphasizing the awesome fun you will have on the mountain, we can’t overlook inappropriate behaviors that might jeopardize the enjoyment of our entire group.
   

• Bring your completed registration form to the Ski Swap on Nov.10, 9-1 o'clock at CKJH Old Gym.  Or mail the form to: David Keller, C/O CK Ski School PO Box 8 Silverdale, WA 98383.  Completed forms must be postmarked by Saturday December 1 for timely processing. As we have said before, the ski school program is first-come-first-served, the program has historically been filled by the end of November. Get your application forms in as soon as possible. 
   

• The registration paperwork is simple but requires two documents: A check to CK Ski School to cover transportation and administrative expenses. AND, a check or VISA to Stevens Pass to pay for lessons and a lift pass.
